The colours of this cord are inspired by fragrant roses and midnight hues. Deep cranberry being a colour of love and passion and deep blue representing loyalty and trust. This cord is made with the same tools and techniques as the traditional crios, this time using cotton as the weaving material. The crios is the traditional handfasting cord of celtic wedding custom.

 

Handwoven from fine cotton, this handfasting cord is smooth and silky to the touch, with a characteristic cotton drape.

There is a single braid at each end of the piece.

It is 78" long and 1 inch wide (198cm x 2.5cm approx)
